The manager is not necessarily a quick fix. Sacking him would be a further, big risk.
My reading of what's going on is that there is a disastrous confidence problem in the first team squad and I suspect this isn't Frank's fault. I suspect it predates him.

I don't think sacking the manager would address the problems. We are where we are as a result of a series of poor choices dating back to the Poch era. Frank is not the issue. The club is the issue. Fixing it involves fixing the culture of the club. The new-ish CEO needs to be given time to do this.

You've touched on an interesting point here. I might be wrong, but I don't consider any of those products to be Easter products. They just happen to be egg shaped.

I just can't understand this because the team he selected just isn't designed for those tactics. The team he selected was 7 defenders and three isolated attackers. That's not a pressing team.

This is why they failed to win against man u. They should have held possession and killed the game at 2-1. They cannot hold possession. Even away at Leeds, they didn't just close the game down with controlled possession.
