Another productive Sunday. All the usual chores + prepped supper for tomorrow, secured a Christmas tree, sold 2 pieces of exercise equipment and now enjoying a beer by the Christmas lights 🎄🍻

Picked up one of these schwartz smoked briskets from Costco a few weeks back and decided to give it a go. I’ve done the Dunns smoked meat from the freezer section before and they’re decent enough, a bit salty

Spending Saturday afternoon making my annual batches of aged eggnog w/ bourbon and rum. Bit of a challenge this year w/ the whole not selling American spirits at ANBL but managed to find a couple at the Salisbury outlet. Will see if they work out

It’s only November and I’m already pulling 300lbs on deadlift. I think as long as I stay injury free this is gonna be a good winter for deadlift PRs

Hit up the Wine Expo on Saturday night, and while we did come away with a handful of new wines to buy in the future, as a person who enjoys wine and trying new things, I was pretty disappointed overall with the organization of the event

Has anybody managed to use their Blackstone grill throughout the winter? Like January/February, -20C + wind type weather?

Had a bunch of leftover ham from last week so decided to make a ham & potato frittata for supper
Checks odd two major boxes .. using up leftovers before they go bad and also get to say frittata in a bad Italian accent
