NYC protip: Citibike to LaGuardia Airport. Just did Meatpacking District --> LGA on an electric Citibike. You end up at the dock closest to LGA Terminal A; walk 3 minutes to the Hertz lot & catch the shuttle to your terminal. Highly recommended, at least when the weather's nice.

As debt ceiling discharge petition strategies go, this one seems surprisingly robust! I'm still skeptical that ever a single House Republican is sensible enough to break with the party's wingnut leadership, but this is how you maximize your odds of success, procedurally.
