It could be malice but I don’t know how, considering who is involved, you can rule out incompetence.

If you think you misstated a material fact to a judge, yes you should try and correct the record.

I don’t think the issue is trying to correct the record, it’s nobody having any idea what the record is.

My prototype for an 8-legged robot maid was shelved because suburban mom focus groups found it “horrifying.”

“Why is the top half anatomically correct,” they said.

STEPHEN A: Skip I want to ADDRESS this issue.
[BAYLESS nods]
You KNOW I am sensitive to sexual assault victims.
BAYLESS: Absolutely
STEPHEN A: BUT!

Is this just a rebranding of the British Museum?

How’d she do? My scores app doesn’t have the box score
November 16, 2025 at 9:46 PM
But have you considered their argument that they shouldn’t have to follow “laws”?
November 16, 2025 at 9:41 PM
But have you considered that Democrats’ internal polling shows that opposition to killing random people in the Caribbean would lead to 0.7% more bad things said about them by Republicans?

This is also an attempt to discredit future claims against the overreach of the current government.
November 14, 2025 at 10:23 PM
Sir, but what if it implicates Larry Summers?!?!
November 14, 2025 at 7:02 PM
Do we know who was on the other side? Would love to know who made the maid comment.

Like half of NYT articles are, “White house says [implausible claim].”

But “Epstein claims to have pictures of Trump with underage girls” is not a news story?
November 13, 2025 at 10:11 PM
Hello I am just a dumb idiot reader, can you explain how emails are news when they are released by a congressional committee and NOT news when they are sent directly to a NYT reporter?
November 13, 2025 at 10:10 PM
Good, get him some work in!
November 13, 2025 at 8:21 PM
I think this gets the timeline wrong. Ken Starr was the head of Epstein’s legal team (with basically no criminal experience!) in 2009 where he got the corrupt plea deal. It now looks like after that, knowing what he knew from representing him, Starr became great friends with Epstein.
November 13, 2025 at 7:54 AM
There’s one where Epstein invites Starr to the Caribbean and is like “your call whether to bring your wife”
November 13, 2025 at 5:06 AM
He ended one with “love ya”
November 13, 2025 at 5:04 AM
Did you miss the “love ya” from Starr to Epstein?
November 13, 2025 at 5:03 AM
Ken Starr to Jeffrey Epstein: “Love ya”

Jed is also the author of, “Do Campus Sexual Assault Hearings Violate Due Process?" And being recommended by Starr for that type of expertise. openyls.law.yale.edu/bitstream/ha...

Nice to see that Starr was doing what he loved until the end: trying to cover up for alleged sexual predators.
November 12, 2025 at 10:27 PM
This is good, it is Ken Starr introducing Epstein to Jed Rubenfeld, the author of "Do Campus Sexual Assault Hearings Violate Due Process?", regarding some campus administrative thing for a "friend's unhappy situation." Wonder who that was?

Thank you! I am a connoisseur of Starr material because he was my dean while he was repping Epstein and I rip my law school as much as possible for it.
November 12, 2025 at 9:54 PM
Starr was the person that got Epstein out of trouble in about 2009 while he was my law school dean. That relationship continued??
November 12, 2025 at 9:22 PM
Can you link me with the Starr emails or tell me where to see them??
