Something magical about outdoor lights like these at night.

Thanks. Deleted post. Let my guard down. Back to the original intention of your post, it takes a brave person to ask for forgiveness, a coward will not. Fear, denial and smug self-pity is for cowards, love in abundance for the rest of us.

The father? Yes. The ABC reported that "Both [Silvagni's] parents were present during the hearing but did not enter the courtroom until after the victim's impact statement had been read."

Not only are these people bereft of a conscience, they appear to live in a world devoid of any meaningful connection with what remains civil in society.

Few wins of late making this one spectacularly significant!

Smug mugs, the three of them.

Labour governs for business, not the well being of citizens. It's a weird and dangerous contortion Smug-bonese's primed himself for.

And the gold typography typical and popular in its day.

Ondes Martenot! Such an important fellow. I spent two days with one of his wonderful instruments in a museum in Austria. Not enough time to fully appreciate all it could do.

Like you, space, in spite of what physicists describe, has contracted as I have aged. However, digital has expanded but it too now demands physical space. I'll never have my own house. I hope you find yours. In the meantime cherish what you have and listen deeply.

I read this yesterday and wondered whether we could do without streamers at all? When I quit Spotify, both as a recording artist and listener, I didn't look for alternatives. I went back to my vinyl collection, CDs, VLC and SomaFM, an ancient curated streamer. Have been on Bandcamp since day 1.

How is it that people like her are still on the public payroll? Honestly, it's nigh time she is sacked and all privileges revoked. It would truly be in the 'national interest' to do so. I say this not sure what the nat interest is, but it surely can't be undermining our public services sector.

I have one of these too. Brilliant. It's all about the grind with these units and the ROK.

There is quite the revolution taking place, Tony. A lecture I've been giving the past 5 years in my Media Ecology unit, Where are the silences? discusses the issues these "digital exiles" describe, or rather seek to abandon. Brilliant!

I use a ROK, but the 9Barista is in a class of its own!

Wonderful. Is that a Barista stovetop?

That's a memory trigger!
Quite the sensorial achievement :)

You have a robust palate :) Always tasted like old easter eggs to me. More of a violet crumble aficionado. I have a child's fillings to prove it.

They appear entirely disinterested in affording anyone other than themselves a dignified life. At the very least we do not have to live with their shame and smug commitment to whatever tf they're doing.
