That's great to hear! We'll also be including Quintillian and his work/theories on an orators education. The students are very receptive and enjoy recognising the concepts we cover in real-world political discourse.

Finally, change your thought processes so that you think of and enjoy what you can and do consume rather than thinking about what you don't. Besides, nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.

Once you've reached your weight goals, maintain it and start a new healthy plan. For example, toning up, vitamin consumption, and food/drink quality. Keep things like alcohol firmly in its place! You control it, not the other way around.

Also, I'd recommend no more than one cheat day per month. Even here, keep in mind the overall aims of the healthy lifestyle. So, keep it moderate and don't overdo the excess consumption. In time, you'll find yourself having fewer cheat days and you'll be okay with it!
