Culture wars stoke climate change. I have qualified to post graduate level in sciences and arts. I love Spaniels and have restored rivers that have been featured on the cover of Nature Water.
It is being called Russian sovereign wealth by the lying Russian State. The EU has the whip hand here. Russia can get it all back if they undertake to finance the rebuilding of Ukraine. It really is simple.

It may well be, however virtually none of the money was the property of the Russian State. Let each oligarch challenge for their own property, which, incidentally was frozen outside of Russian jurisdiction. So the seizure was subject to the individual laws of the countries the money was banked in.

Russia won't be defeated
Russia is the Aggressor
Russia will not pay reparations
Therefore their frozen assets will have to do it instead. It isn't theft. It is reparationd through redistribution.

I this scenario Russia will not be defeated. Can't you see the problem here?
December 15, 2025 at 2:31 PM
So what?
December 15, 2025 at 2:29 PM
Are you being intentionally obtuse. Germany was the aggressor, was defeated and given assets back to rebuild. Russia is not in a condition that needs rebuilding because it is the aggressor without (yet)significant infrastructural consequences. You are comparing to incomparable scenarios
December 15, 2025 at 2:16 PM
No it isn't. It is redistribution. It is as clear as the day is long that Russia will never give up funds to rebuild Ukraine. Under international law they are obliged to as the aggressor. So in the absence of Russian law abiding the redistribution has to be done by another party.
December 15, 2025 at 12:35 PM
There is no law inherently preventing what they are doing. So currently no law is being broken.
December 15, 2025 at 11:47 AM
It isn't theft, it's redistribution in lieu of what Russia will never pay in order to repair the damage it caused.

I am sorry for your loss, and the subsequent "experience"

Tbf if they did have English as their first language they could have avoided their fate more easily.

Fair point, but are "par year dwellers" the tourists that Spanish people are concerned about, or is it the steam of short term tourists?

Doesn't really ease the cost of living as that is a current state. It reduces further increases in the cost of living. But does not eradicate the issue in the slightest, especially for rural areas with practically no rail services.

Who wouldn't?

It is such a shame. The show could be near identical, brilliant, performance led, and truthful. But only the latter is missing. I still watch it for the former, but shout at the screen a lot.

Three worldies and good goal. Never saw that coming

Why investigate a "hoax"? It is as clear as day this is a call to ignore his involvement
