We protested that the athletic department at CU contracts with Key Lime Air, the company that transports human beings in shackles for the federal government. 40 people came. Saddest thing about our country today is the apathy of the generation who, in the 70’s, changed the world by peaceful protest.

Memory popped up. 2 years ago today, in my quest to run a half marathon in each of the 50 states, I completed my 43rd state (Maryland). I joined the 50 state club in September 2024, then thought what the heck and ran one in DC a couple months later.
