I guarantee you, every “beautiful” thing in this bullshit bill is a scam. If they give anything to anyone who isn’t rich, there will be caveats or it will balance out with other stuff that will really hurt in greater proportion. When did so many elected officials become pure evil?

So basically DOJ was flagrantly violating the court’s order, as Sotomayor notes (her dissent was before this came out), but this is even worse: It’s a coordinated effort by top DOJ leadership to ignore court order; to mislead lower court in filings; to deflect on another agency; then to cover it up.
