I’m happy to share the plum torte glory! I only made it for the first time earlier this month.

The Italian prune plums I used were on the small side this year, so I was able to use 28 plum halves for a full-sized torte. When I made the recipe again using my small springform pans, I was able to fit seven plum halves on each cake. I also tried it with peaches.
