Interessant filmpje over de zogenaamde "Roman Salute" van Musk (die, spoiler, helemaal niet gebezigd werd in Rome, maar een 19e-eeuwse uitvinding was en fie foor fascisten werd aangegrepen om een band met de historie te creëren).

Altijd leuk als je een Cao hebt met een veel lagere stijging dan die 6,5%. Dan heb je niks aan dat soort algemene cijfers.
De maximale huurverhoging voor middenhuur in 2025 is vastgesteld op 7,7%, gekoppeld aan de cao-loonontwikkeling (6,7%). Minister Keijzer stelt dat de koppeling met cao-lonen huurders beschermt omdat lasten zo "in lijn blijven met inkomens". Maar klopt dat wel? Spoiler: nee.🧵
De maximale huurverhoging van 7,7% voor middenhuur in 2025 blijft gewoon in stand. Minister Mona Keijzer ziet geen aanleiding om het percentage aan te passen, ondanks kritiek op de betaalbaarheid.
