the paradox IS the point in the sense that humans were built for violence AND love. A lot of media is just kinda like "hey what if we just get to have both and not worry about anybody getting hurt?" like this type of justified violence is archetypal and a staple of scratching the brain just right

like actually though. isnt it lovely that with fiction, interactive video games specifically, we can just erase all the unfortunate nuance from real life to satisfy our most primal instincts? war and peace existing in tandem for the express purpose of filling square peg into square hole in our brain

It's easy to have an ideal defined sense of justice when you live in a video game made for children where good and evil is black and white with the intention of depicting samus as motherly yet righteous and elegant with her violence

I think Space Jesus lines up a lot more with the lore in that she's following the will of her spiritual do good bird parents as opposed to deviating from it
