PANDAN SYRUP
¼ cup chopped pandan leaves
3 cups / 600 g. sugar
3 cups / 720 ml. water
bring sugar + water to a boil / remove from heat / add pandan leaves / cool completely / fine strain / bottle / store in fridge

The salt helps accentuate the flavors and balance the bitterness of the Cynar (artichoke amaro). This one is reminiscent of a Boulevardier and a Little Italy. #Cheers y’all!

SESAME MISO ORGEAT
⅓ cup toasted sesame seeds
1 cup sugar
8 oz. water
1 Tbsp white miso paste
1 tsp. orange blossom water
blend ingredients / transfer to saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes – stirring often / cool / fine strain through cheesecloth / add orange blossom water and stir / bottle / fridge
