Yeah. 3-4 percent interest it could actually be okay but at 6+ you are just adding years with no real gain.

The payments on a 50 aren't much different than a 30 at normal interest rates.

Hagglund should be back in as well as Engel. The back should be much more secure. Powell is great off the bench and as wing but shouldn't be in the back three. I think a lot of the issues in game two come from having to switch up the tactics with Hagglund out as a late scratch.

As a NYer who moved to Cincinnati I do like it but the Gold Star Chili Burger is by far my favorite way to have it. It's honestly the best fast food burger I've had.

I'm happy it's got no income cap. Public goods should be public to all. One of the biggest failures of American liberalism is deciding that government help is only meant for the destitute.

I'd imagine this has to be the end of the line for Baird, right? We certainly cannot carry 6 center forwards on the senior roster.
