No stream today, since I got called into work early, but man do I feel good after this morning. Better than I've felt since moving here in 2020.

Today, I woke up in my bathtub. After 2 hours of laying there, I got up, stretched, did 10 push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. Currently on a 4 mile jog. Once I can properly do to the “100 each and 10km” morning routine, I will consider my self “In shape”. First week in, and I’m starting to feel it.

Had the day off, so I Cleaned a lot of stuff. Also, on a 2-day streak of going for a lengthy jog. Not up to a 10k, but 4 miles is close enough. 2026 is going to be a year of me trying to better myself.
