To be clear, kits use SP codes/folders too. SP73 and SP74 are most likely the creator kits that were supposed to land on Nov 6th according to the leaked roadmap. Meaning there will be 3 more DLCs after those kits (probably more kits) before the EP21 drops.

EP21 rescheduled again - this time 1 DLC earlier. Version changed from 110 to 109. The next two DLCs are SP73 and 74, with version numbers 104 and 105, and are scheduled for November 13th.

Right, forgot to say. The 3 kits released yesterday have numbers 96, 97 and 98. EP19 has number 99 - that probably won't change and it will be the next DLC. And EP20 has number 102, but that might still change. So there will be at minimum 2 DLCs between EP19 and EP20.
