Oral argument starting soon in WMM v. Trump in the Fifth Circuit. This is the ACLU's challenge on Trump's invocation of the Alien Enemies Act. It is the case most likely to make it to SCOTUS on this issue.

Oral argument starting soon in WMM v. Trump in the Fifth Circuit. This is the ACLU's challenge on Trump's invocation of the Alien Enemies Act. It is the case most likely to make it to SCOTUS on this issue.
