AuDHD is so strange. I know I'm AuDHD and I know about AuDHD meltdown, but when I had a complete meltdown two days ago, I had forgotten (?) about them and didn't know what was happening.
Instead I feel like such a failure and incredibly immature every time (still do). I hate this 😭
