Sorry - my last post is off-topic ... but @jnuelle.bsky.social, I was so excited to see that you all were reading this, that I missed the larger - and vital - thread.

I bought it cuz @theradr.bsky.social , but also cuz as dept chair, I had to have rough conversations with colleagues when their behavior was causing _harm_ to others - it was immensely useful. Have since sent it to folks trying to mediate family reconciliation, etc.
