Just looked and I guess a second transport ministry guy also died very recently 😳
Bc I am basing this on my highly unreliable memory, I’m not certain but I think this makes 3 in a very short period of time. But not sure the window guy was in govt. May have been an oligarch of some kind

I think this guy was shot….shot him self but there was another guy who very recently “committed suicide” by jumping from a high window, which is to say defenestration 😳

Our state attorney general (in CA) filed a suit to do something about how ICE is acting.I doubt it will be in time to help this man 😞
I HATE this!!! We are not treating people with the dignity that they deserve.

emotional. You weren’t. You were just being authentic in a way that I think relates to emotion, which is to say in a way that has more to do with who we really are & what our experiences are really all about.

about being too open or sharing too much bc we are so culturally committed to the absurd idea that we shouldn’t share anything emotional or burden anybody with anything involving genuine feeling.

Don’t be absurd, Joel!!! If we can’t be authentic, what’s the point? I’m serious. One of my areas of research is philosophy if emotion & I’m pretty convinced that emotion drives almost all of our thoughts & behaviors (to some extent or another). I mention that bc I think we usually worry 🧵
