I'm loving it! The inverted look is still annoying, but at least I'm in practice from Oot. Such great atmosphere, and I love the dungeon design. University goes back soon, so it's been good to curl up with an old favourite before I'm too busy to play much :)

Thank you! She's only in the game briefly, so it's surprising she had such an intricate design. Majora's Mask shares a lot of assets with Ocarina of Time, so maybe the art team had some extra time to refine the new characters? Cool anyway!

I didn't even know I could name layers! I rarely use more than two, but that would definitely be handy for keeping things organised on bigger projects.

Haha, not even close! I think around the fifth area was my best, although I did use the level select to check out the others. Needs a lot of precision from the mushy SMS d-pad. My sister was good at it though, I reckon she got near the end.

Despite this, it still entranced me. That Sonic movement felt so fluid compared to other SMS titles, and making progress was exciting. I hope the SMS games get ported one day! A Master System collection like the Mega Drive ones would be fun.

It's a really difficult game, with no rings for bosses and few lives . The chaos emeralds are hidden in the levels, and are required to see the final level and true ending. The Game Gear version was more wide spread and even more difficult- the small screen size required lots of blind jumps.

I had Wonder Boy, which was a very close knock off on the Master System. Thankfully later entries I the series were a little more original!

Fun game! Kinda like mashing up Pikmin and town management together. I never finished it back in the day, might have to track it down.

This is beautiful!

I heard the lens sound effect as I watched this! Ended up being my favourite temple on my recent replay. I think I found it a little scary as a kid 🤣

Thank you! Yeah, with all the practice I'm getting better at figuring out how to fix problems like this :) . I still have lots to learn, but I can see the progress which feels great!
