Since feds are not sending funds due to blue states, those states should act as conduits for fund due to feds to ensure receipt of what is due to the states.

Trump would not have been on the ballot if SCOTUS had done its job. Same re the majority in the House, which is the outcome of bad SCOTUS decisions. Nor would Trump be running amok if SCOTUS had not undermined lower courts that enforced applicable laws.
