You could make it more plausible if the phone was something like the waterproof Casio G'zOne. Not sure if the timeline or character personality works, but there were commercial ruggedized phones in the mid-laye '00s. I had this one in 2007(?).

He unloads more jizz in a single evening than most people do in a lifetime. Pumping spurt after spurt of peak jizz directly into your ears. You could credibly fear drowning in this Bith's jizz.
