I could be wrong, but I understand the nature and severity of any downstream gastrointestinal consequences (…ahem) can differ between different forms of magnesium - e.g. between oxide and citrate.
Just in case you find Mg helpful in general but dislike some of this form’s effects!

The Australian groceries market is structured very differently to the UK and there’s no real equivalent to M&S, Waitrose or Fortnums etc.
Our biscuit market is largely cornered by Arnotts.
Which is okay because they make Tim Tams. Basically a better version of a Penguin! 🤣
