Grateful to my wonderful doctor that was so trauma informed. Grateful for my partner holding my hand. And thank god for Xanax lmao. I got a tasty treat after, a book (the equivalent of a happy meal after a doctors appointment as a kid lol) and passed out at home. Happy Tuesday.

And a grim reality that I’ve had to face in this increasingly fascist climate that hates women and marginalized gender: violence is more possible than ever. So I’m not taking any chances. These are the decisions people with uteruses are having to make in a post roe world.
