If you don't have that many then I think it's fine without it. I just asked because the first time I loaded the game with all my mods it took an hour to load lol

With what little editing I've done so far, I can tell it's a really time-consuming job. I do really enjoy the editing side, I'm just entirely clueless at the moment so it takes way longer than it should. My favourite part is the scriptwriting, least favourite is capturing footage lol

Lots of mods? They can take so so long to load sometimes. Did you update them all? If you use skyve I know that needs updating separately first.

You can use a combo of sceneweaver (Meteor shader pack) and freezeshot (corgifx). I made a video on using them, although I don't cover rotating the image you can work it out.

Or, you can hotsample, using something like SRWE or one of @fransbouma.com camera mods if available.
