Ready to Vic your Flick? Dick your Dale? Dare I say, "Duane your Eddy?" Perhaps Andy your Timmons?

Early Christmas present from my Mom, who it turns out has excellent taste in guitar pedals. Who knew?

First Impressions: goosebumps from my new daily driver and I haven't even tried stereo yet.🥰🎸

Well look who has a new "flagship" stereo reverb pedal.

The Nocturne Andy Timmons Reverb from Keeley.

The "Nocturne" is the Halo Reverb preset from the Halo Dual Delay. I have the Halo, it's lovely.

Spring and Plate are all new circuit designs (not models) based on actual reverbs.

Did a head-to-head with my new Tilt Boost and the Haunting Mids.

Front end from my studio board at the bottom.

Overall performance is very close but...

Advantage REVV Tilt Boost. Paired with the J. Rockett IQ my main tone shapers are right next to each other.

Fun sizing. 😀🎸

Dan and Mick call this a "preamp" pedal. I managed to find one to fit my tiny board despite that. A bit of studio magic from the Great White North sporting a festive bit of silver and gold for the holidays. I'm told it works with any guitar, any amp, any genre. It's genre fluid. *Ba-Boom Tissss* 🎸😎

"I was working in the lab, late one night..."
Modulating Phasers, ready for a fight.

Update 1: The Encounter dials in some "everyday" reverbs exceptionally well, if you had any doubts.

Update 2: New Fall pedalboard makes me smile! #guitareffects

Always knew I would eventually put a stereo reverb on my gig board for various reasons. Didn't think it would be this pedal.

It's not a "bread and butter" reverb/delay, it's a "get out of your comfort zone and be inspired pedal". Liking ambient or shoegaze music as a genre is not a requirement. 😎🎸

When new to the pedal board, walk up to the baddest bitch in the joint and establish dominance.

Meet "Hound Dog" and no, I have no idea why it's called that. But I got the last one in stock in time for spooky season.👻🦇

Not a lot of waves a mile high in the Rockies, but we do have Boogie Boards,😎🎸👍 Vaccines, free child care and legal weed. You CAN have nice things without following arbitrary rules.

Since people have found a board I posted 4 mos. ago. Thought I'd post an update. New music, new board.

People trashing the guitar gear you love/hate, who are paid by "MICROTRANSACTIONS" per view, have a problem with "MICROTRANSACTIONS" and "SUBSCRIPTIONS".

"Like and SUBSCRIBE!!".

I waited to post until Redditors and Youtubers showed their entire ass.

They did not disappoint.

Super fun pedal.

I can do that. I added a little bling to the headstock.

New #guitarpedal !! Josh Scott once asked Paul Gilbert how he picks pedals.

Paul, "Color".

I needed a yellow. And yes, my table fan does match my Les Paul.
The V2 puts all the old AC Boosters on tap via external dip switches and adds a clean boost. Always been a great pedal.

Well, it seems I'm going to have to get one now. 🤣

So here's my latest obsession.

Name Drop: Howard Davis design
Voice: Modern stacked, British accent. People hear Marshall, Treble boost and fuzzy distortions.
Controls: Interdependent 3-knob tube amp style. Polar opposite of a TS.

DYNAMIC!

Puts a ton of control at the guitar and in your hands.

I'm a fan.

For a pedal that started as a practical joke, it's extremely useful as a tone shaper.

I've got a cold, so I'm stuck at home.
With hot beverages, a furry personal nurse and what I am told are "anti-inflammatory" gummies.

Could be worse.

My final (doubtful) take on a minimalist (stop fiddling with your knobs and play) board. Let's call it "I look goood in jewel tones" board. Single coils in mind, I dropped in the newish Nobel's ODR-mini2 and magic.🎉 I did not plan on glowing green eyes under my board when I put green eyes on top.

Pedal acquired!

Or when your Sweetwater rep asks YOU about a pedal.
Boutique, Pacific North West, 2nd limited run, hand numbered. Sounds freakin' great. Unique.

I just got lucky and found exactly what I wanted for the minimalist board at a fair price. The Chorus is exceptional.

Before and After

1 row vs 1 1/2 row. I've had 12 pedals hanging off that board in my studio space. This is a proper live board spacing.

My "Now due March" pedal (top jack) gets my loop and amp cables all in the same area without a patch panel.

Mark V 25 ✔️ and 18V on DoT and screamer is NICE! 😎

Test fit my 20" board concept with my little Onstage board. Built like a tank and fairly cheap. Home of my drum machine and midi controller. The Plethora is a place holder for now. Boutique pedal incoming.😎

Could I make it work? yes
Do I want to? no

Looking good though. Metro it is.
