Zero lies told here. The nomination and subsequent confirmation of Hegseth makes it clear that attacks on DEI have nothing to do with the role of merit in hiring. Trump's nominees are chock full of unqualified people.

I noticed the flag on my way home and it somehow seemed fitting as much of the nation is in mourning. We have always been far from the aspirations expressed in our founding documents. But in less than a week we have regressed a great deal.
