Great initiative! It may be too late, but I feel it would have been nice to include someone from a small institution, including primarily undergraduate institution, as the landscape and overall experience may differ significantly from U15 and comparable institutions.

We still use usats for small numbers of fishies 🐠 I admit they don’t scale up very well but are excellent training for undergrads 🤓
Depending on the species, there might be decent SNP-based panels out there (KASP style) 😊

Super naive question: can some TF binding to non-motif sequences occur indirectly via a physical partner? I admitedly am not super acquainted with the methods used
