Our small communities are our best support groups now. That’s where I draw my strength. And the community can be based on anything like what books we’re reading, or what exercises we’re doing. We don’t necessarily talk about anything heavy, but we all know somehow that we have each other‘s backs.

Exactly. I told a friend how badly I was feeling about the election and she said “Life goes on.” And I thought I just told you how badly I’m feeling and you showed me zero empathy. You and I are not going to be OK after this.
