Very possible. I hate leaf blowers in general so that's honestly most of my gripe and less about the timing.

Yep, young GS-9 fed chiming in here to agree. The vote was a bit of a crapshoot either way, but I would weather a longer shutdown if it meant there was a better chance that so many people wouldn't be priced out of their healthcare. A "promise" on a future ACA vote just isn't good enough.
