I'm getting mixed messages here. Are rape and slavery such trivial matters that they're comparable to doing a bunch of linear algebra on my computer, or are those who trivialize slavery beyond reason and decency?
First post by the same person, three months ago: "really wasn't in the mood to argue with people like holocaust deniers or people who try to say that slavery wasn't so bad or anyone who'd take those kinds of stances tonight. those who insist on such things and keep arguing them actually do seem beyond both reason and decency." Second post, five months ago: "LLMs are effectively digital rape with the degree of violation of consent, identity theft, and round about slavery, they are trained by violating thousands of people in order to plagiarize them and even pretend to be them. criminalize and abolish all LLM AI now!"

Decriminalization didn't work in Oregon because it didn't go far enough. We need safer supply programs.

I think I was wrong about the "finished" Unfinished Painting not being genAI (content-aware fill?) but at least my attempt to prove it looks interesting
The "finished" Unfinished Painting overlaid with neon colors. In the top left, where the original painting remains intact underneath, the humanoid figures each have their own colors, while the other areas of the painting are color coded arbitrarily. The rest of the image (the "finished" part) is mostly taken up by blue, cyan, and magenta matching the dancing figure's raised foot, which was copied repeatedly. Between the copies and around the borders is a glitchy mess. Similar to the previous image, except the borders of the copies are cleaner and blockier, with gaps in between. SUMMARY OF REGULATORY CHANGES For the reasons set forth above and considering the comments received, we are finalizing the provision as proposed in § 92.206, with modifications. We have revised § 92.206(b)(1) to state: “Deny or limit health services, including those that have been typically or exclusively provided to, or associated with, individuals of one sex . . . .” We are revising § 92.206(c) to remove the sentence that reads: “However, a provider’s belief that gender transition or other gender-affirming care can never be beneficial for such individuals (or its compliance with a state or local law that reflects a similar judgment) is not a sufficient basis for a judgment that a health service is not clinically appropriate.” To the end of § 92.206(c) we are adding sentences that read: “A covered entity’s determination must not be based on unlawful animus or bias, or constitute a pretext for discrimination. Nothing in this section is intended to preclude a covered entity from availing itself of protections described in §§ 92.3 and 92.302.”
