Judging by the history of US regime change in Latin America, I'm sure it's totally reasonable to parrot the state department's position that this is justified bc Maduro's a dictator and to expect the puppet government we'll establish to have nothing but emancipatory goals for the people of Venezuela

Tate and Fuentes style misogyny is fascinating to me bc they consider any kind of respecting women gay, but being attracted to trans women as totally straight, which (though the latter is correct) is not typically a carveout you see homophobes of this level make
