Holy SHIT I think this has entered into my top ten movies of all time. Absolute kino. I've seen it three times now. The cast is perfect and every one absolutely sells their role, and the cinematography and sets are perfectly gothic. Amazing movie.

I am an isekai hater, so when I say I was skeptical, I mean it. however I quite enjoyed this one. The hero is just some guy, he's good at paperwork but sucks in a fight. The prose is serviceable but I found myself liking the characters & world.
