Yes - the same way doctors and lawyers are accountable to their professional organizations, Congress members should be, too. And for god's sake, can there please be SOME way to call them out for LYING. Like a rating, or something? "He's got a 22% Pinocchio rating" 🤥

Considering we r living through the denigration of expertism, we're now in a "two steps back" state of being.Until people get tired of idiots in places of power because it's actually negatively impacting them, we're in a loop of dumb. One thing is for sure-we need rules about qualifications in govt.

The generation that puts an end to white men failing upwards will mark a turning point in human history. This will not happen in our lifetimes, but when it does, the future will actually have a future. Damn. I wish I could see that.
