It took some time, tbf - and circumstances forced the issue. I have to travel for work, fairly often alone, so kinda had no choice? It was that or don’t eat! But I realised I wasn’t the only one by a long way.

I’m sure you’ll get there, just takes some getting used to. ❤️

YUM!! Fwiw, I’ve come full circle on solo dining and now I LOVE it. It’s a treat! I can eat whatever I want, at my own speed. Tasty food, no need to socialise. I bring a book and read that. Honestly I love it. No one else cares: if anything it reads as self confident. So enjoy, is my advice! ❤️
