An abugida-like writing system (like the Indic writing systems), but instead of writing the consonants as the primary symbols with vowels as ornamentation, you write the primary vowels of metrical feet as the primary symbols and the rest of the foot as ornamentation. Ictal scribbles.

what does it say about neural-network tech that they say they've created PhD-level AIs, but have yet to create an illiterate AI?

i think it says the A ain't got no I.

what do you prefer in poetry, either in what you consume or what you make:
sound or sense
identity or dwelling
viscerality or imagination

for me, these are far from being exclusive categories, but:
sound>sense
identity<dwelling
viscerality=imagination

I don't like when folks say "you're your life's main character"—I'd rather be a slightly more minor character:

Samwise>Frodo
Faramir>Aragorn
Wemmick>Pip
Mary Garth>Dorothea
Kronk>Kuzco
