We got a bill for 46 unspecified abuse reports which were suddenly submitted last night at a rate of $100 per report. We have not seen these nor had time to resolve them, and they suspended our services without any advance notice, causing the current downtime we face now.

If you have a dedicated server, or are an active Colocation Client, please reach out to us in a ticket to preemptively sort out a migration plan from MA to Miami as you cannot be as easily migrated.

And unfortunately, we are cancelling our 'budget' options for services. All VMs will be provisioned as just "Cloud VPS" and will be powered by AMD Ryzen 9XXXX processors, at a higher cost of $2.5/GB in 2GB increments. Existing budget-tier customers will remain on budget hardware.

This is a massive upgrade in terms of reliability and performance. We hope to bring users better routing and redundancy, as well as significantly faster speeds as we'll also be doing a massive network hardware upgrade from aging Juniper gear to a new high-speed Arista stack.

Game clients will be moved FROM Miami Pro to a temporary pro node in MA, then once we are ready for VM and Game Server migrations, will be moved to the newly installed Pro Node in Miami. Budget Game Servers will be moved at the same time as VM clients.

We are going to be moving our Pro Nodes to our new Miami Rack, however deracking the pro nodes will take place on Aug. 2nd. The re-racking will not happen until Aug. 11th at the earliest. This entails 2 IP changes.

It takes Litecoin, but be careful about swapping as the amount received might be slightly lower than the amount it asks for, so it might not be accepted by Coinbase Commerce
