This was me getting in my head. I consulted with a trainer, have done my exercises religiously, and now basically no pain.
I have an injury that I’ve just passed the year mark on. While I’ve regained my strength and range of motion there’s still a little niggle of pain more days than not. It looks like all the reasons this could be happening need at least an MRI to diagnose and surgery to correct.

Second Hand Lions
My cats straight up stole my straw cleaner from the dish strainer (incidentally breaking the no cats on counters rule) and my wife rewards it by letting them have it (which now that it’s full if cat hair I kind of understand except that it’s rewarding the rules breaking).

I feel like this is going to be another trade one environmental disaster for another like replacing paper bags (deforestation) with plastic bags (oceanic trash gyer)
