After Kristen Welker let National Security Adviser Michael Waltz lie and evade on NBC's "Meet the Press," she wound up her interview by asking him for his Super Bowl pick.
That's how you normalize fascists and tell them you're friendly enough that they can come back later and lie some more.

Open message to Elon Musk:

Rumors are swirling that you’re spending $40 million on Super Bowl ads targeting USAID. If there were truly fraud, wouldn’t you not need to spend millions trying to convince people?

Whew! The only reason I left the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is that I had to get my car out of the garage before it closed for the weekend.

Pretty sure we saw them go in at 1pm. Never saw them leave. Either they waited me out or they slipped out another way.

Heading home.

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

Anecdotally, the Dems’ attempt to enter Treasury on Tues broke through to the public in a big way.

At least according to..the Mom-o-meter.

My Mom before Tues: You’re doing what? Where? This can’t be a national emergency.

Mom on Tuesday: WHO ARE THESE KIDS AND WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH MY MONEY?
