But get this, I say it reversed 😆

Pecahn - nut

I was kinda bewildered the other day when I realized that I say it one way when referring to the pie and totally different when referring to the nut solo.

I was so excited for roaring 20s part 2, instead we got 30s Berlin ten years early

I too struggle with treating first drafts like final drafts delusion. Something that's really helped me was switching to writing first drafts longhand - which takes a lot longer but forces me to view my first draft as an incomplete work that will be polished later.

Yeah apparently they just straight up cut the entire first act

Using AI art (which is destroying the planet) to make a picture of a guy ignoring the world burning around him is peak lack of self awareness

And he nailed it! Whether he's playing a total worm like in Night and the City, a vile racist like in No Way Out, or a psychopathic murderer like in Kiss of Death - Widmark was the absolute best at being the worst!

Richard Widmark: one of the absolute masters of portraying a total piece of shit

So excited! I need this like yesterday, been trying to get my grubby hands on a copy of this for years

Truly a brilliant movie. Gretchen Felker-Martin did a great writeup on this film where she said this film conveys the true dream of Fascism: namely, the desire for a room where you can do *anything*

Same. I particularly prefer ones that are more horror leaning - Rocky Horror, Sweeney Todd, Little Shop of Horrors, etc.

Victor is literally a titty baby

My issue is since I obviously watch every one they recommend me now it's the only thing on my YouTube feed...

Can you please at least TRY to convey this message without using the AI "technology" being pushed by all of Tr*mp's oligarch buddies? Kinda defeats the purpose.

For me it's just a consistent racing of the heart that's just always going on in the background of my life.
