I too struggle with treating first drafts like final drafts delusion. Something that's really helped me was switching to writing first drafts longhand - which takes a lot longer but forces me to view my first draft as an incomplete work that will be polished later.

Same. I particularly prefer ones that are more horror leaning - Rocky Horror, Sweeney Todd, Little Shop of Horrors, etc.
