I have been blessed to be well off enough in life that I have all the knick-knacks and tchotchkes I could use. What I don't have so much of is time. And a half hour zoom call where you pretend my tired old jokes are still funny, and my catch phrases are still witty, would mean immeasurably more.

While I completely understand and appreciate your roasting of this dystopian take from Fox News, I can say that as a man almost "of a grandfatherly age", if I had grandchildren and I knew money was tight for them, I wouldn't want them to spend a cent on a gift. Just stop by for a visit :)

Of course, there may be some issue of the optics, of a grown man being 'in congress' with a significantly younger woman, but nothing illegal was done and the facts absolutely exonerated them.
And as a great President once said, he welcomed that kind of examination :)
