Yep, it's related to changes made in January, with an explanation in the link I gave above.
I identified it by downloading the recent schema locally, adding the schema reference at the top of the file (image top), then two areas were highlighted (image middle + bottom) ...

the (second) thin measure you wrote in the repro you gave me is marked as a number, so that's why the CF dialog was rejecting it! If I changed the measure to type Text, it started working :)
