I’m relieved to hear that. Getting anything to committee stage is an achievement itself with this government! Please be very careful that you are not voting to grant powers that are beyond what are needed - weakening our democracy is not going to solve anything.

I don’t trust Eby and now cannot trust you and the Green Party for voting for Bill 7. It wasn’t needed. Even without section 4 it’s a power grab. There are many of us who will never forget you did this.

I’ve been finding loads the past few days. They sound very reasonable “I disagree” or “have you considered” seem to be popular phrases. Easy way to tell: click on their profile. They probably won’t have any posts - but their replies will ALL be disagreeing with the posts they’re replying to.

Always loved the original film. The tv series has some significant differences (the hitman has a family!) but is really excellent.

Agree. And a really nice person too. His Actors Gang troop are like a family - hung out with them when they toured China many years ago. They do workshops in prisons too (legacy from his experience on Shawshank).

I think the east island got it worse than Victoria - it’s bad in Nanaimo apparently - lots of trees down and no power.

I face away from the harbour so I don’t know but they are forecasting big waves so they might! It is so windy and I’m not in a very windy place usually!
