Questions I had about the characters are answered satisfyingly; complex layers added to this insane cast of misfits that truly make me obsess further. Every inch of the apartment complex feels complete and lived-in. This is an RPG I could complete a dozen times and still hunger for more. Well done.

Then Franky pulled out all of the stops with the 2.0 version. The new endings are haunting, joyous, terrifying, and fantastically written. I was already amazed at the "good ending" we had before and now there's two more that take things in an entirely different direction, equally brilliant.

I cannot overstate how floored I was by every one of the multiple endings, the characters, their motivations, the dialog and the overall experience. The game has multiple satisfying difficulty levels, each one catered to a specific play style while maximizing accessibility. This was already my GOTY.
