But they don't. So they won't. We should learn from the Bernie movement's success by encouraging liberals to run and organizing ourselves as a voting bloc. What we lack in a DSA of our own we make up for in liberals' pre-existing position as the Dem base and the party's tanking polls even as of now.

Though I also think that's most likely about securing a more advantageous position to weather the fallout from the files later than to distract from them now

Yes, the Epstein files don't explain why they're doing it. But why are they moving on it, Venezuela, Greenland, etc, all together right now? There seems to be a new sense of urgency, and I'm not sure what else could explain why they'd be risking so much political capital on running all this through
