Yes, all the charts and logic in the world will change exactly zero minds among those committed to separation. Laying out the consequences in real terms, anchored in facts, is better.

Agreed, it’s symbolic, and I don’t know how many of these republicans are standing for reelection and would face consequences. The SCOTUS vote is what matters, and they’re clearly dragging their heels over it, trying to soften the impact on Trump.

I’ve done similar to find out if I’m officially British. Turns out I am; I just need to register. Prob is, I think the UK is in worse shape than we are atm.
