I am fully vaccinated but masking as there is one particularly virulent strain of flu out there not covered by this shot. Haven't been sick with a cold or flu since 2019 but I don't have kids at home and I am retired since then so I can avoid crowds as much as needed...

Fun Fact. Rob's Mother is in the restaurant scene and has one line. Watch for it. Epic.

Yes - give them a box or pots and pans with a wooden spoon. Keeps them happy for hours.

I don't respond to anesthetic so terrified of dentists. Had to choose between braces for my daughter or treatment for me due to costs. She got braces. So chose cheapest for me and went with losing all my teeth and dentures - all I could afford. I remember crying - the dental surgeon was very cruel.

The good Ole days in Canada when our cars all had block heaters so no dead batteries. Even on the coldest days.

Lost our sweet Sargie June 30th. He was 14.5 but his pain could no longer be controlled. We loved him too much. My adult children who grew up with him were crushed too. Costs are really outrageous but to say goodbye in our arms was our final wish. We loved our Golden boy.

So very sorry. Sending love and strength to you. We lost our Sargie June 30th 14.5 to old age so he will welcome Lola. xo They will be so missed.

My Granny and my Aunt just knew... their measurements were done by consistency of the batter. hahaha

I remember the cars... the hill was huge in Montreal but some of the barriers, if you built up enough speed would hurl you over right onto a busy road. Excellent times - you had to throw yourself off before the toboggan launched over the road.

I still mask. It also works for flu and any respiratory diseases. And yes, covid. I am fully vaccinated. I have not even had a cold since 2018. But I am immunocompromised so I mask in all places with crowds.

My parents had a Pinto before the recall. hahaha And yes, it rusted out in about 2 years. I came close but was spared. Opted for a red manual AMC Spirit new 1980.

No Starlink in Canada... or anywhere if I had my way.

We are kid decorated for Xmas. With LED and timer it may cost $3 for entire Xmas time. Halloween is huge for us. We have selfie pic set up for kids to Trick or Treat around the front and side. Was -5C, raining this year and had 150 kids in a small town. Next year will be bigger with animatronics.

LED decorations and a timer if you left them up all year would cost about $9 if you were in Ontario where the prices are outrageous for Hydro. We have a very silly and juvenile display since we are Seniors but our Grandkids love it! So do the neighbourhood kids if not the neighbours.

Many forget the corruption started with Mulroney and the Free Trade Agreement. An Election was fought over that one - Mulroney also had his envelopes of cash scandal. Harper followed up after that with worse. Never vote Conservative.

Pretty much the same thing... constant chaos.
