If they want a 4 year term then parliament loses the option urgency option except for times of war, pandemics & natural disasters.
All legislation requires a RIS & Select Comm process must include public consulation & minimum period say 6 weeks for it to occur.

I did the math earlier. In NZ we have the median paid leave and paid public holiday days count of 196 countries. We are not an outlier.
