Finished it today, amazing! I’m chronically ill and you *absolutely* got it right. Started off so, so relatable, meaning I was good and hooked and all strapped in for the torture. lol But seriously, astonishing book. Gloriously horrifying. I loved it. 5/5

Not to mention ALL of my underwear is from them. The best

!!! I literally just bought two more compression tops from them last week, because I hate my large chest, and they are comfortable to wear all day. This is bullshit. 😡

That’s definitely a satyr or something. Also, looks like the lion already got the child’s arm.

Adjacent topic [getting around Berlin], have you seen Ampelmännchen? I just learned of him yesterday and I’m a little obsessed.

Don’t worry, my TBR is still huge. There is so much amazing talent out there, it blows my mind.

I don’t only read horror, but when I do… damn this was a good creepy book month!

I just realized I always read that opener (“during the week…”) in Ron Howard’s voice 🤣

I think of it kind of like a cross between corned beef hash and spam. It’s only “gross” if you overthink it, but isn’t most food, really? Plus, it’s worth it for the awful/offal jokes, alone.

Andrew’s mom had dementia (RICD). It’s horrible all around. I’m so sorry. 🥺
